Between OPEC and Russia they export 54% of world oil supply. Watch what happens when Putin approaches the Saudi’s to help them.The U.S. will be left in the dust.
Foreign elites are moving their capital to the dollar.It is still considered the world’s safest currency.That is why the dollar is at all time highs.But that is an illusion.GDP’s are dropping around the world and so is oil usage.Europe will be the first to tank than the U.S. I thought it would be China but what has been going on in Changchung is amazing.China refuses to change their idea of growth and it is working.

I can’t say i agree with that. Saudi is completely aligned with the US and US interests or is that the other way around. Their oil extraction cost is among the lowest and if you will notice Russia has suffered the most followed by Iran if you factor in sanctions.
There is a cleaning up of small shale oil players going on and the big guys couldn’t be happier. Saudi is a principal investor in Morgan Stanley, a big investor in Citibank.
They are the third largest military spender in the world and they are bombing Yemen with the help of the CIA. They are aligned with Sisi in Egypt and contribute more money to them than the US and they are going to buy $9B of US warships. Today in the news, Saudi is saying they are having trouble paying their bills, why is that? They will probably cut oil production and are asking the US to cut them a little slack.

Your observation on Russia and Europe is correct.However Russia has already made use of ties to Europe on the energy level.
The U.S. has backed away from the protection of Saudi Arabia that was made back in 1973 so the Arabs would use the petrodollar for all oil transactions.The Saudis are pissed.That is why they are attacking the oil companies of the U.S. by selling at low prices and also making deals to sell oil without using the petrodollar.
Obama has left vacuums all over the world and other countries are moving in making mega deals,the BRICS,Russia and China and now Europe and India.Saudi Arabia and even Israel will join Russia in future trade deals not using the U.S. dollar.America is going to get really lonely in the coming years.

I think the whole Ukrainian sanctions anti Russian campaign is part of a mega strategy to prevent Europe from aligning with Russia and when you hear people talking how they could easily win in a skirmish with Russia or China, you have to wonder where the US foreign policy is.
Every strategic move the US makes has no vision beyond the initial aggression. No exit plan for any of conflicts they have dragged us all in.

Excellent assessment ZZ. So as you know the petrodollar is under assault.Iran is trading oil for military equipment from Russia and Russia is selling their oil on the open market for Yauns.All to get around the sanctions and the use of the petrodollar. Read:

This is yet another chapter in the saga of the US playing the world like an uncooperative hand puppet.

This is clearly part of an all around sanctions strategy to isolate and then target key individuals.

They will collectively “punish” the country with sanctions and take advantage of their feeble economy to drive the country into further despair.

Then with their hand picked man in front, they will finance protest campaigns that will take to the streets and demand something and parade “factual” evidence of corruption, then there will be a covertly funded attempt to make a coup with general Carepicha.

This plan is attractive while oil prices are depressed.

Here is what is going on.The U.S. is pissed that Venezuela is not using petrodollars to sell their oil.China,Russia,Venezuela and others are turning their back on using petrodollars for oil transactions.The U.S.is trying to hold on to their reserve currency status.Russia and China are already involved with using other currencies to do business but they are too big for the U.S. to attack in the courts. Be suspicious any time the U.S. attacks a company in a small country who are not doing things the U.S. feels are not in their interest.
