Cuba does not want them back. They do not want or have the money to support them here in CR. My bet is CR will figure out how to dump these Cuban’s at the USA border and cut their losses. I noticed talks and negotiation failed. USA like a big broke piggy bank everyone piling on their welfare system. The 1966 law now needs to be repealed as well.
