In short, the Nicaraguans want to collect the amount in compensation ordered by the Court to be paid to Costa Rica, from the pockets of Costa Ricans. What a childish and non-conciliatory act to perpetrate, after the supposedly conciliatory position offered by Ortega’s wife to the court’s decision.This is hypocrisy at its worst!
