Today
is the start of Daylight Savings Time.
If you haven't already turned your clock
ahead one hour - but not in Costa
Rica.
In Costa Rica DST is not observed. It
was announced several times in the
past few years, only to be withdrawn
at the last moment. The reasons given,
that it would disrupt the normal habit
of the cows - farmers.
As a measure, Costa Rica is usually
one hour behind Miami time. Now it is
two.
