125 families were on the streets, literally, in Leila de Pacheco, in San Miguel de Higuito de Desamparados, when they were forced from their homes that they had been occupying illegally for more than three years. A Sala IV (Constitutional Court) decision later in the day stopped the police action and permitted the families to return to their homes, temporarily, while the debate over ownership of the land is brought to court.
