Miguel Angel Rodríguez Behind Bars
Following his arrival on Costa Rican soil, former president Miguel Angel Rodríguez has been in the hands of judicial officials, who transferred the man to the jail cells at the Second Circuit Court of San José, located in Goicochea.

Rodríguez Keeps His Word
As he had said all along, former Costa Rican president, Miguel Angel Rodríguez, arrived in Costa Rica at 2:25pm, greeted by waiting Judicial agents, who handcuffed the man and sped him away to the San José court house, to give his declarations before the Fiscalía de Delitos Economicos.


Rodríguez Confirmed to Arrive in Costa Rica at 2:20pm
The Arrival of Miguel Angel Rodríguez, now former Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), was confirmed by Minister of Seguridad Publica and Immigration director, Marco Badilla.

Costa Rican authorities say that they will arrest and transport former Costa Rican president and former Secretary General of the OAS in handcuffs when he arrives today in Costa Rica.

The amount of agricultural and industrial goods -not including the high-technology sector- is growing this year, but at a slower rhythm than in 2003, according to the Monthly Economic Activity Indicator, which shows the variations in the amounts of goods and services produced in Costa Rica.

RIGHTS-COLOMBIA: Paramilitaries Extend Their Tentacles Local secretariats of finance, roads and health -- ”that's where the money is, that's where the show is run,” a member of a paramilitary militia in Colombia can be heard saying in the taped telephone conversation.
