To Costa Rica

tickets on Spirit
Airlines, there is good
news, the Consejo
Técnico de Aviación
Civil (CTAC) approved
the airlines'
application for service
to San José. The first
flights will begin next
month.

Former Alcatel Officials

A federal grand jury in Miami
has returned a superseding
indictment charging an
additional former Alcatel
executive with making corrupt
payments to Costa Rican
officials in order to obtain a
mobile telephone contract from
