U.S. dollar against other currencies,
the Banco Central de Costa Rica (BCCR) -
Central Bank - refuses to change its
foreign reserves to another currency,
such as the Euro or Yen, for example.

Dirección General de Tributación, has
some 300.000 forms available to
taxpayers to declare their income and
pay their taxes for 2007 fiscal year.
ICE To Set Up 400 "Mini"

yesterday that it will
increase the number of
"mini" agencies to 400,
according to Jorge
