Postponement of Ley de
Tránsito Approved In First Debate
Legislative deputies last night voted in
first debate the reforms to the new Ley de
Tránsito that would go into effect in six
months and not on September 23.
Tuna War: Sardimar Charges Competition With

happy with the competition by the Spanish
tuna producer, Calvo, pressuring the the

country’s constitution that states the

Catholic faith, Bishop José Francisco Ulloa

The
Instituto Costarricense de Electridicad
(ICE), the sole provider of cellular service
in Costa Rica, will be making a move to
upgrade its GSM network and is asking all GSM Subscribers to
turn off their phones and then turn them
back on.
