Bolivia, Brazil Announce
Partnership
LA PAZ - Chief of Brazilian trade promotion
sector Jose Roberto Andrade described
Bolivia's economic indicators as
prosperous and excellent while announcing a
bilateral business partnership.
At the end of a meeting with representatives
of the Bolivian Federation of Private
Entrepreneurs (CEPB), Andrade expressed the
interest in importing Bolivian textiles.
He pointed out that the project links the
production chains, sales, trading, credits,
training and access to information, all
issues to be discussed soon.
He said that trade relations between both
countries should not be limited to the
textile field but extend to other productive
sectors.

Cezar de Araujo announced that a seminar
will be held in El Alto in early May to
train textile producers and micro
entrepreneurs.
Last week a Brazilian government delegation
headed by presidential advisor Marco Aurelio
Garcia visited La Paz, also confirming links
in the fields of energy, mining and
railways, among others.
