For 140.000 Yesterday Was A Day Without Water

For some 140.000 plus residents of areas of Santa Ana, Escazú and Desamparados it was a day without water, as the announced AyA water cut went into effect.

The water utility had announced earlier in the week planned work on its pumping stations on the south and west side of San José, affecting thousands of homes all day long Saturday.

Water service was finally restored to all customers by 8pm.
