Not having a garbage collection truck available did not stop this group of waste management specialists from picking up refuse from the curb on Monday. A team of professionals, a backhoe and a dump truck did the trick. Garbage pick up has been spotty in some parts of San José due to lack of or malfunctioning equipment.
