fines.

Rica 2010 beauty
pageant will be
held on April 16
where the
reigning Miss
Costa Rica 2009,
Jessica Umaña
will pass on her
crown to her
successor. The
winner of the
contest will
represent Costa
Rica in Miss
Universe 2010
competition.
